Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS)


ICMS aims to provide a high level of support to young people (13-17 years) who are considered "at risk". Referrals to the service are through the Department of Human Services (DHS) and the program works with 20 young people at any one time. The ICMS team comprises of a co-ordinator, three youth workers, a drug and alcohol worker and a mental health worker.
