This service provides flexible support to people with an identified disability—intellectual, sensory, physical or acquired brain injury. Support is tailored to meet individual needs and goals, and to develop skills to live independently and actively in the community.

Recovery focused mental health services

Recovery focused services work with people to develop their full potential to achieve their goals and actively participate as citizens in their community. Programs include individual and group support, activities and socialising, housing related rehabilitation and support for adults with mental health issues. Respite for carers of those with a mental illness is also available. Specialist programs for woman with depression and anxiety, and young people with a mental illness are periodically available.

Children and families

We provide family and individual support, foster care placements for 0-12 year-old children, and advocacy while the family and St Luke's staff work together towards finding solutions to family difficulties.

Preschool field worker

The preschool field worker offers support to children with additional needs in state funded preschools. The preschool field worker works closely with early childhood staff and the children’s families, and spends time with children at preschool and at home observing and assessing their strengths and needs.
