As a result of recent developments within our Out of Home Care services we are seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Program Manager.   
The Program Manager will be responsible for the management and support of the following programs:
Permanent Care and Adoption Service
Kinship Care Service
o    Kinship information and advice service
o    Kinship family service
o    Kinship placement support service
Key responsibilities will include the management of service delivery, staff supervision and development, liaison with external agencies, program development and service planning.
The role requires experience in managing services in a community service setting, a solid understanding of solution focused casework practice and highly developed skills in staff supervision, program management and leadership.

Salary Range:  SW4  Years 2-4  as per St Luke’s Collective Agreement 2008.
