Family Support / Parenting Skills Development Worker

St Luke’s Children, Youth and Family Services are seeking to employ a Family Support Worker  to be based in our Swan Hill Office. The position requires an enthusiastic, multi skilled worker to provide a range of interventions including case management. The worker will be required to assist vulnerable families with children and/or adolescents with a focus on identifying and developing skills within families.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate an understanding and a commitment to client centred, strength based practice

Salary Range:  Sw1Yr5 - Sw2 Yr1 as per St Luke’s Collective Agreement 2008.
