Residential Care Worker - Casuals

Are you interested in being a Residential Direct Care Worker?  St Luke’s provides a variety of care options for children and young people of all ages. We are specifically looking for residential care workers to work with 12-18 year olds who are at serious risk.

Workers would need to have:
   1. An understanding of working with high risk adolescents
   2. The capacity to be part of a rostered staff team providing 24 hour care,   
       including sleep-over shifts and weekend work
   3. Ability to work as part of a team

Applicants must address the Key Selection Criteria to be short listed.

Salary Range: Dependant on experience and qualifications* as per St Luke’s Collective Agreement 2008.
