St Luke’s is looking to recruit four Case Managers for our Kinship Care Service. These positions will be based in Bendigo and travel to outlying areas within the Loddon Campaspe Shire. All positions are available at 0.8 or 1.0 EFT.
The Kinship Care team provides a range of support services to kinship carers and the children and young people in their care including:
§ Kinship information and advice services
§ Kinship family services
§ Kinship placement support services
The successful applicants will be enthusiastic, with a good knowledge of child development and the child protection system, possess skills in engaging with children and families and confidence in working with kinship carers. Excellent organisational and communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with a range of service providers are essential.
Applicants need to have previous experience in family work and a formal qualification in social work, welfare or related field.
Applicants must address the Key Selection Criteria to be short listed.
Salary Range: SW1 Years 5-10 as per St Luke’s Collective Agreement 2008.
