Caregiver Coordinator
Therapeutic Foster Care – Circle Program

The Circle Program requires a practitioner who must be able to demonstrate competence in Recruitment, Assessment and Training as well as an understanding of the child protection system.
Some knowledge of Out of Home Care placement and planning, child development, loss and grief in children and awareness around the impact of trauma and separation on children is also desirable, as is some experience in case management.
Problem solving and people management are also essential to the role, as are collaborative practices and well developed report writing.
The successful applicants must be able to demonstrate competence in the above areas through qualifications in the field of human services, and/or a minimum of five years’ relevant experience.

Salary Range: SW2 Years 1 – 3 SACS* as per St Luke’s Collective
Agreement 2008.
