St Lukes Albury Services

Support for people experiencing mental illness
Albury provides a range of mental health support services.

Recovery Focused Mental Health Services
St Luke’s Albury provides individual and group activities structured to increase opportunities for socialisation. We also assist with housing related rehabilitation and support for adults with mental health issues.

Day to Day Living (D2DL)
D2DL works with people with a diagnosed mental illness who are experiencing social isolation. The program aims to support and re-enable them through participation in social, recreational and psychosocial educational activities. D2DL groups aim to assist participants to improve their quality of life and increase their independence in the community. The program supports recovery by increasing community participation, building self esteem and confidence.

Recovery and Resource Services Program (RRSP)
RRSP supports people with a diagnosed mental illness to identify their own life pathways and develop the skills needed to achieve them through strength based intervention. RRSP aims to support access to community education and employment opportunities, facilitate social, family and community connections and improve long-term outcomes on a personal and economic level through a supported recovery process.

Mental Health Rehabilitation and Accommodation Support Service
This is a housing and supporting initiative (HASI) that aims to provide psychosocial rehabilitation and support to people who experience disability disadvantage and discrimination as a result of a diagnosed mental illness. HASI works in partnership with clients to facilitate access to accommodation and housing through the Department of Housing.

HASI also aims to develop client independence in activities of daily life through group and individual intervention. HASI is tailored to individual client needs employing a strength based approach in order to providing flexible home based outreach.
